What happens each month?
PhotoParcel reminds you when it’s time. Open it, choose this month’s 10, approve the set, and we print, pack, and mail it. Nothing uploads or prints if you do not approve.
Does PhotoParcel upload my whole camera roll?
No. Broad photo review stays on your iPhone. Only the print-ready photos in a set you explicitly approve are uploaded for printing and delivery.
Can I change photos after I pick them?
Yes. Replace, reorder, or recrop until the set is yours. Extra prints can go in the same envelope.
How is this different from printing at a store?
A store kiosk is an errand: pick photos, pay, pick up. PhotoParcel is a habit. A reminder so you actually print. You pick 10 from your camera roll. Mail to your house or someone you love. Prints packed and mailed after you approve. No pickup counter.
Can I send prints to someone else?
Yes. The included mailing can go to your house or someone you love. On the first order you can add another envelope in the same checkout. Choose this set only for $19.99 once, or include that person with your plan.
What do extra prints cost?
Ten borderless 4×6 photo prints are included. You can add up to 20 extra prints in the same envelope at $0.99 each. Extra prints are charged when you approve that set. They do not raise the monthly or yearly plan price.
Where do you ship?
PhotoParcel mails inside the United States. You need to be 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. Monthly and yearly plans use Sign in with Apple so you can restore the plan on a new iPhone.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. Cancel future monthly or yearly renewals from Settings or the secure billing portal. Canceling does not stop a parcel you already approved for production.
What if a print arrives damaged?
Open the exact parcel in the app and tap “Report a print or delivery problem.” The request already includes the order reference, so you only need to tell us what happened. We’ll review damaged or incorrectly produced prints and help make the order right.
What does a shared invitation reveal?
Nothing from your collection. Referral links contain no photos, recipient information, address, or payment details.
