Terms of Service

The service and who can use it
PhotoParcel turns photos you select into physical prints delivered within the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a plan. You confirm that you have the right to use submitted photos and are responsible for a complete, deliverable address.
Orders and approval
You control your collection and must explicitly approve it before anything is uploaded or printed. When you approve and pay, the crop, recipient, address, and order are locked for production. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Printed color, brightness, crop, and paper may vary slightly from a phone display. Contact Support immediately if an address must be corrected; changes may not be possible after production begins.
Monthly and yearly plans
The monthly plan is billed at $19.99 each month until canceled. The yearly plan is billed at $199.99 each year until canceled and releases one shipment credit each month for 12 months. Each credit includes tax, U.S. shipping, and ten matte 4×6 prints. Extra approved prints cost $0.75 each. Nothing prints without your approval. If you do not approve a set, the available credit remains associated with your account. Canceling stops future renewals after the current paid period and does not stop an order already approved for production. You can cancel in Settings or from Manage your plan.
Reprints, refunds, and delivery problems
If an order is lost, damaged, or produced incorrectly, contact Support with the order reference as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and may provide a reprint, account credit, or refund as appropriate. We may ask for limited evidence of a print problem, but please do not email family photos unless requested. Address errors supplied by the customer and ordinary display-to-print variation may not qualify for a free replacement.
Privacy and acceptable use
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. You may not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, exploitative, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content, or content that violates another person’s rights. You grant only the limited license needed to render, manufacture, ship, support, and delete your approved order.
Legal terms
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoParcel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, service interruptions outside its reasonable control, or delays caused by print and delivery providers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
