Your PhotoParcel plan
Manage your subscription.
In PhotoParcel, open Settings and choose Manage or cancel plan to view your monthly or yearly renewal, update payment, or cancel future renewals.
No longer have access to the app? Email us from the address associated with your PhotoParcel account. Please never send card details.
What canceling does
Canceling stops future renewals after your current paid period. It does not automatically stop a collection you already approved and submitted for printing.
Your paid credits stay yours. Paid unused shipment credits remain available on your account after future renewals are canceled. For a refund, credit, or delivery question, contact Support with the order reference shown in the app.
